Clearing cache is simple and yet effective for fixing many website requests. The reason this is, is because cache is stored once so the website is easier to load next time. In some cases, it may load it incorrectly, thinking that's how it's supposed to look. Or you may just have a slow browser. Clearing the cache can fix this.
To clear your cache follow these steps:
Click the three dots in the top right of your Chrome browser
Select "More Tools"
Select "Clear Browsing Data"
Select what you want to clear, including "Cached Images and Files" and "Cookies and other site data"
Click "Clear Data"
Wait until it's finished.
All done. You can now close the window and try to load the website again.
