Submitting a support ticket is easy! Just send an email to helpdesk@yescharteracademy.org with a subject and body describing your problem and a technician will reach out to help as soon as possible.

Here are some other options:

1. Visit https://yesacademy.jitbit.com/ and click the  Button in the top right.

2. Use the Kiosk Station  in the staff lounge, with the instructions above it, to submit a ticket.

3.  Visit https://yesacademy.jitbit.com/helpdesk/Tickets/New to fill out the form to create a new ticket
