🟥Jamboard - How to Switch Jamboard to Computer

This guide is built for users to understand how to switch Inputs and set up the computer to duplicate the content being displayed from a PC.

To be able to use the Jamboard most efficiently, you would need to also use the Jamboard with a PC to watch YouTube videos or display specific content. To be able to accomplish this, the Jamboard is equipped with a RED HDMI Cable. Your Computer should have an HDMI Port on the side of the laptop to be able to plug in. If it does not, you will need to order an adapter or have another laptop issued to you.

Here are the steps to set up your Jamboard with your Laptop Screen:

1. Plug the RED HDMI Cable into the Computer from the Jam board
2. Press the Top Input Button on the right side of the Jamboard. If you would like to see how to operate the machine, please refer to "🟥Jamboard- Side Panel Controls"
3. Wait up to 30 seconds for it to change, you will see a black screen for a bit. Please be patient
4. You should see a Mirrored display or an extended display. If you would like to know how to change/understand this, please view this guide: "💻Windows 10 - Extended vs Duplicate Display Options"
5. After you make that change you should be good to go.
